Use search and filters on Standards > Risk Assessments to find the assessment you need among organisation templates and site copies.
Search
Use the search box: Search title, category, site…
Clear the box to see the full list again (subject to filters).
Filters
Open Filter. The dialog is titled Filters — adjust the criteria, then apply.
Status — All, Draft, Active, Under review, Archived (these are the site stages on the filter).
Risk level — Critical, High, Medium, Low, Not rated.
Review date — All, Overdue, Due in 7 days.
Scope — All, Organisation templates, Site assessments.
Site — All sites, or a named site.
Category — when categories are in use.
Active filters appear as chips, for example Status: …, Risk: …, Review: …, Scope: …, Site: …, Category: …. Remove a chip to clear that filter.
Reading the list
Columns include Title, Status, Risk level, Score, Hazards, Controls, Site, Review due, Updated, Open actions, and row actions (Edit / Delete when allowed).
Organisation templates show Org-wide in the Site column.
Empty states
No assessments yet. — nothing created for this view.
No matching assessments. — clear search and chips, or widen status and scope.
Shortcuts from Reporting
The Risk assessments card on Reporting links into the list with useful filters already applied — for example overdue review, due in 7 days, or high/critical risk via High / critical only and View all risk assessments.
