How to find and filter risk assessments

Search, Filter, scope, risk level, and review date chips.

Use search and filters on Standards > Risk Assessments to find the assessment you need among organisation templates and site copies.

Search

Use the search box: Search title, category, site…

Clear the box to see the full list again (subject to filters).

Filters

Open Filter. The dialog is titled Filters — adjust the criteria, then apply.

  • StatusAll, Draft, Active, Under review, Archived (these are the site stages on the filter).

  • Risk levelCritical, High, Medium, Low, Not rated.

  • Review dateAll, Overdue, Due in 7 days.

  • ScopeAll, Organisation templates, Site assessments.

  • SiteAll sites, or a named site.

  • Category — when categories are in use.

Active filters appear as chips, for example Status: …, Risk: …, Review: …, Scope: …, Site: …, Category: …. Remove a chip to clear that filter.

Reading the list

Columns include Title, Status, Risk level, Score, Hazards, Controls, Site, Review due, Updated, Open actions, and row actions (Edit / Delete when allowed).

Organisation templates show Org-wide in the Site column.

Empty states

  • No assessments yet. — nothing created for this view.

  • No matching assessments. — clear search and chips, or widen status and scope.

Shortcuts from Reporting

The Risk assessments card on Reporting links into the list with useful filters already applied — for example overdue review, due in 7 days, or high/critical risk via High / critical only and View all risk assessments.
