The document store can grow quickly. Use search, filters and views to find what you need without scrolling forever.
Search
On Standards > Documents, use the search box: Search by name, area, type or tag…
Results update as you type (after a short pause). Clear the box to see everything again.
Filters
Open Filter to use the filters dialog (search inside it with Type to find filters…).
Attention required — documents that need follow-up (missing files, overdue reviews, and similar).
Area — FSMS area.
Type — only after you pick an area (Select area first).
Status — All, Current (active), Draft / Required, Active, Superseded, Archived.
Review status — All, Overdue, Upcoming, Compliant.
Site — when you have more than one site.
Taxonomy — when taxonomies are configured for your organisation.
Active filters appear as chips above the list, for example Attention required, Area: …, Status: …, Review: …. Remove a chip to clear that filter.
Table or grouped
Toggle between:
Table — one row per document, with columns for name, area, site, owner, review due, review status and linked risk assessments.
Grouped — documents organised by category / taxonomy for browsing by structure.
Taxonomy sidebar
If your organisation uses taxonomies, a left menu lets you jump between:
All documents
Named taxonomies
No grouping — documents without a taxonomy group
Site selector
The site badge next to the page title shows All sites or the site you're focused on. Changing the site in the top bar narrows what you see, the same way it does elsewhere in ASR.
Bulk actions
In the table, select rows with the checkboxes. The bar shows N selected and offers:
Move to category
Assign owner / site
Delete — admins and auditors only
Clear — deselect everything
Empty states
No documents yet. — nothing created for this organisation (or site) yet.
No documents match the current filters. — clear search and chips, or try All on status and review.
No categories configured. — categories haven't been set up; contact an administrator.
Shortcuts from elsewhere
Links from Reporting (Document reviews) and the overdue alert open Documents with review filters already applied (for example overdue or upcoming). You can still change or clear those filters on the page.
